We Are Reopening!
Croeso! We are glad to announce that the Bible College of Wales has safely reopened to welcome visitors to walk and pray on the college’s grounds. Here's what you need to know before visiting the BCW:
Opening hours
Open on Fridays, except bank holidays.
10am–3pm, grounds and galleries close at 3pm.
Entry via ticketed access
There are two visiting slots to the Gardens every Friday:
Morning: 10–11.30am
Afternoon: 1.30–3pm
*Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
*Visitors must produce a confirmation email upon arrival at the College.
Due to the safety measures and restrictions in place, all visitors are required to book a visiting slot in advance. Without a confirmed visiting slot, we will have to respectfully decline your visit and entry into the College as we can only allow a limited number of visitors on-site. We are unable to make any exceptions and seek your kind understanding in this matter.
Kindly note that the Heritage Centre, BCW Residences and House of Prayer will remain closed until all necessary measures are in place.
Health and Safety
To reduce any risks from COVID-19, we have set in place the following health and safety measures:
Front of house staff and volunteers have received all necessary health and safety briefings in relation to COVID-19.
Visitors should book a visiting slot to the college with no more than 5 other people in the group (unless with your household of a larger number).
Visitors are required to download the NHS test and trace app before visiting the estate. Upon arrival, visitors need to scan a safe-entry QR-code with the app.
Our restrooms will be opened for visitors throughout the duration of their visit.
High touched areas will be regularly sanitised throughout the day and in between visits.
Visitors are required to wear face coverings when indoors, on college grounds, even if visitors have been vaccinated. We reserve the right to refuse entry to visitors who are not wearing a face covering without due cause, e.g. health and wellbeing reasons.
Visitors are reminded to keep a 2m social distance from those who do not belong to the same/exclusive extended household(s).
We have place hand sanitisers at appropriate areas to encourage all visitors to wash or sanitise their hands whenever needed or possible.
The safety of our visitors, staff and students remains our top priority and we ask that all visitors respectfully follow the safe-distancing measures.
If you are are showing any symptoms of Coronavirus or have been in contact with anyone that has had the virus in the last 14 days, we respectfully request you rearrange your visit to the college when you are recovered or have tested negative of COVID-19.
