Admissions Information
To apply, you will need to have been involved in some level of ministry previously and will also need to provide a character reference from your local church leader.
The minimum entry age is 18 and you should have a reasonable standard of spoken and written English.

Application Process

Download and fill in the application form.

You will need to get in touch with your references to complete the pastoral recommendation form.

Submit the completed application form, pastoral recommendation forms and supporting documents (refer to checklist below). You may either email a soft copy in a single file to registration_som@bcwales.org or mail the hard copy to one of our offices.

Payment of the registration fee will be advised upon receiving your complete set of application documents.
What to Prepare for the Application?

£100 registration fee
Visa Requirements
Please check whether you need a visa to come to the UK to study by visiting https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa. If so, please apply for a Standard Visitor visa up to three months before your date of travel to the UK. You should get a decision for your visa application from the UK Immigration within three weeks.
On-site Accommodation
On-site accommodation caters to an all female or male dormitory arrangement. There are no exceptions. Married couples, parent and child or other rooming arrangements have to be secured off-site. Please refer to Course Fees for more information on the cost of on-site accommodation. Please contact us for further clarifications.

Registration Fee: £100 (non-refundable and non-transferable)
Course Fee: £1,500
On-site Accommodation: £1,200
*Students are advised to have a separate budget for laundry, meals on weekends, and personal expenses.
