Application

The School of Ministry is open to those who have a call on their lives to ministry, whether in the church, the marketplace or in the mission field. To apply, you will need to have been involved in some level of ministry previously and will also need to provide a character reference from your local church leader. The minimum entry age is 18 and you should have a reasonable standard of spoken and written English.

Application Information

On-site Accommodation


On-site accommodation caters to an all female or male dormitory arrangement. There are no exceptions. Married couples, parent and child or other rooming arrangements have to be secured off-site. Please refer to the Course Fees tab for more information on the cost of on-site accommodation. For further clarifications, please drop us a message here.





Course Fees


Registration Fee: £80 (non-refundable) Tuition Fee: £1,400 On-site Accommodation: £1,000

  • Includes breakfast on all days.
  • Includes lunch and dinner on weekdays only (excluding public/bank holidays).
  • Students are advised to have a separate budget for laundry, meals on weekends, and personal expenses.





Visa Requirements


Please check whether you need a visa to come to the UK to study by visiting https://www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa. If so, do apply for a Standard Visitor visa up to three months before your date of travel to the UK. You should get a decision for your visa application from the UK Immigration within three weeks.





Application Process


  1. Download the forms below and fill in all details.
  2. Once filled, prepare your submission forms together with ALL the necessary documents (refer to check list for all required documents).
  3. Email a soft copy (or scanned PDF copy) of the forms in a single file to registration_som@bcwales.org and mail the hard copy to either of our offices.
  4. A one-time payment of the non-refundable registration fee must be paid upon submission of the application forms (Please attach the receipt together with the application forms).
  5. Payment of course fees and/or on-site accommodation fees will be advised upon processing your application.
